Terms of Service
Last updated 31 July 2026
These Terms govern your use of RivalFeed (the “Service”), operated by DVB Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, registered at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (Wyoming Secretary of State filing ID 2025-001660847) (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service does
RivalFeed monitors publicly available YouTube channels that you choose, produces transcripts of their audio, and generates written analysis of that content — summaries, opening hooks, key points and calls to action. The Service is an analytical tool. We do not host, republish or redistribute the underlying videos or audio.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration details and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live. Accounts are for a single business or individual; do not share access outside your organisation.
3. Plans, billing and trials
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis via our payment processor. Prices are shown exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Free trials convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.
- Plans include a channel limit and a monthly analysis allowance. Exceeding the allowance does not incur automatic charges — new videos are still detected but are not analysed until you upgrade or the period resets.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not pro-rate partial periods.
- We may change pricing on at least 30 days’ notice, effective from your next billing period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- republish, resell or redistribute transcripts or analysis as a standalone content product, or in any way that substitutes for watching the original video;
- use the Service to harass, defame or target any individual creator;
- scrape, resell or provide automated access to the Service other than through interfaces we provide;
- attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limits or access controls, or probe the Service’s security; or
- use the Service unlawfully or in breach of any third party’s rights.
5. Third-party content and platforms
Content analysed by the Service belongs to its respective creators. We claim no ownership of it and grant you no rights in it. The Service depends on third-party platforms whose terms and availability are outside our control; we may modify or discontinue features if those platforms change.
If you are a channel owner and do not want your content processed, contact us at support@rivalfeed.io and we will add your channel to an exclusion list.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of the information you provide, including the list of channels you monitor. You grant us a limited licence to process it in order to operate the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service; nothing more is transferred.
8. Availability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and analysis is generated automatically and may contain errors or omissions. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for a business decision.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if your use poses a risk to the Service or to others. We will give reasonable notice where practical.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in the State of Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of any mandatory protections available to you under the law of your country of residence.
